I’m CeMap and also have a Certificate of Training practice in Learning and Development. With 6 years of Training experience coupled together 7 years of branch-based Banking experience and brokerage.
My core skill is Customer Service and that makes it easy for people to deal with me.
I love working for myself across a range of mortgage providers because it allows me to be a skilled advisor over a choice of lenders which I believe empowers my clients.

Ian has been involved in financial services across the board since 1996 after leaving the military, so his experience in the industry is vast and varied.
Focus for some years has been in the mortgage and protection market.
